What does free server maintenance include?
  • Our free technical support covers basic server maintenance, including but not limited to the following services:
    Server Reboot: Assist with remote reboot to ensure normal server operation.
    System Reinstallation: Provide standard OS reinstallation, supporting common Linux and Windows versions.
    One-Time Security Setup: Initial security configuration such as port optimization, firewall rule adjustments, and default account security hardening.
    Server Environment Initialization: Basic environment deployment based on user requirements, such as installing web servers (Nginx/Apache), databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), etc.
    Network Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing server connection issues, including local network testing, route tracing analysis, basic TCP/IP configuration checks, etc.
    IP Replacement within 24 Hours of Delivery: If the delivered IP encounters access issues, we offer a free replacement service.

    ⚠ Note Specific code debugging, software installation, and operation are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by free after-sales service. Paid technical support is available at 30 CNY/half hour. Please submit a ticket and specify "Paid Technical Support" for details.

Do you offer trials or refunds?
  • By default, we do not offer trials unless explicitly stated on the product page with a Trial label. Trial products require a fee to activate. Please use Stripe or Alipay for payment and avoid using virtual currencies (buyers bear a 4% transaction fee for both directions).

    Refunds are generally not provided after server delivery unless the server is unusable due to our fault. The international network environment is complex and variable; we only guarantee normal operation of the server in its location and most countries. We strive to optimize network access from China but do not provide SLA guarantees.

Can I change the IP?
  • Dedicated Server IP Replacement Policy:
    Within 24 Hours of Delivery: If the IP is blocked for reasons not caused by the customer, a free replacement is provided once.
    After 24 Hours: It is assumed that the IP was blocked due to customer usage, and no replacement is provided.
    Please ensure reasonable and compliant use of server resources. For additional IP purchases, please contact customer support.

What should I do if the server is attacked?
  • Non-Defense Products: If attacked, the server will be temporarily shut down until the attack stops. Frequent or periodic attacks may result in server deletion. High-risk businesses are advised to choose servers with defense.
    Defense Products: Whether the server can operate normally depends on the attack intensity and defense level. For higher-level protection, please contact customer support to upgrade the defense plan.
    Attack Migration Service: We offer attack traffic migration services. Please contact customer support for details.

What content is prohibited on the server?
  • Customers come from all over the world, and laws and regulations vary by region. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in their location and the server's location. We do not provide legal advice. Please ensure your usage complies with applicable laws and regulations.

    ⚠ Note Hong Kong servers are strictly prohibited from storing, publishing, or disseminating any information and content that violates the laws and regulations of China and Hong Kong. Due to legal uncertainties, for stronger privacy protection, we recommend choosing US servers.

What payment methods are available?
