Our free technical support covers basic server maintenance, including but not limited to the following services:
Server Reboot: Assist with remote reboot to ensure server operation.
System Reinstallation: Provide standard OS reinstallation, supporting common Linux and Windows versions.
One-time Security Setup: Initial security configuration such as port optimization, firewall rule adjustments, and default account security hardening.
Server Environment Initialization: Basic environment deployment as per user requirements, such as installing web servers (Nginx/Apache), databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), etc.
Network Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing server connection issues, including local network tests, route trace analysis, basic TCP/IP configuration checks, etc.
IP Replacement within 24 Hours of Delivery: If the delivered IP encounters access issues within 24 hours, free replacement service is provided.
⚠ Note Specific code debugging, software installation, and operation are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by free after-sales service. Paid technical support is available at 30 CNY/half hour. Please submit a ticket and specify "Paid Technical Support" for details.
By default, trials are not provided unless explicitly marked as Trial on the product page. Trial products require a fee to activate, please use Stripe or Alipay for payment, and avoid using virtual currencies (buyers bear a total transaction fee of 4%).
Refunds are generally not provided after server delivery unless the server cannot be used due to our reasons. The international network environment is complex and variable, and we only guarantee normal operation of the server in its location and most countries. We strive to optimize network access from China but do not provide SLA guarantees.
Dedicated server IP replacement policy:
Within 24 hours of delivery: If the IP is blocked for reasons not caused by the customer, it can be replaced once for free.
After 24 hours: It is assumed that the IP was blocked due to customer use, and replacement is not provided.
Please ensure reasonable and compliant use of server resources. If you need to purchase additional IPs, please contact customer support.
Non-protected products: If attacked, the server will be temporarily shut down until the attack stops. If attacks are frequent or periodic, the server may be deleted. High-risk businesses are advised to choose servers with protection.
Protected products: Whether the server can operate normally depends on the attack intensity and protection level. For higher-level protection, please contact customer support to upgrade the protection plan.
Attack Migration Service: We provide attack traffic migration services. Please contact customer support for details.
