IDC hosting comes with a 3-day no-risk refund service, allowing you to experience high-speed and stable hosting with zero risk! Each member is limited to one refund per data center. The application process is simple, with no complicated procedures. Submit a ticket to the finance department, and we will refund you via the original payment method, protecting your rights.
If the order includes a free domain that has been successfully registered, a fee of 20 CNY will be deducted from the refund, and the domain will remain yours to use.

⚠ Note Refund requests will not be accepted if the account is suspended or deleted due to violations or illegal activities; a fee of 20 CNY will be deducted for refunds involving free domains, and the domain will remain valid.

1. Service Scope: IDC is responsible for the normal operation and stability of the server, including hardware maintenance, network connectivity, and basic environment support. However, IDC is not responsible for the content of the user's website, program operation, data security, or compatibility with third-party software.
2. Data Security: Users are required to regularly back up the data on their hosting and ensure its security management. IDC is not responsible for data loss or damage caused by user error, hacker attacks, software vulnerabilities, force majeure (such as earthquakes, fires, government regulations, etc.), or other reasons.
3. Technical Support: IDC provides server environment configuration and troubleshooting support, but does not include website development, code writing, third-party software installation, plugin debugging, or personalized settings. For additional technical support, users can seek developers or use professional services.
4. Liability Disclaimer: Users must comply with usage regulations. IDC is not responsible for service interruptions caused by hosting illegal content, resource abuse, or other violations, and has the right to suspend or terminate the service. During server operation, there may be brief interruptions due to force majeure or upstream supplier reasons. IDC is not responsible for indirect losses (such as business interruptions, income loss, etc.) caused by this. If the service is interrupted due to user violations or other uncontrollable factors, IDC does not provide any compensation or refunds.
5. Service Interruption Compensation: If the server is continuously unavailable for more than 3 hours due to IDC reasons (such as hardware failure, network issues, data center maintenance, etc.), additional usage time will be compensated at 10 times the fault time. Compensation applications must be submitted within 7 days after the fault is resolved, and the compensation amount will not exceed the remaining service time of the user's current subscription period.

1. Prohibited Content
Illegal Content: No content that violates US laws, such as gambling, fraud, drugs, illegal fundraising, etc.
Infringing Content: No pirated software, movies, music, books, or any content that infringes intellectual property rights.
Pornographic and Obscene Content: No adult content, especially any form of obscene information involving minors.
Malicious Programs and Hacking Tools: No viruses, trojans, DDoS tools, phishing websites, etc., that harm network security.
Spam and Email Abuse: No sending of spam emails, violations of the CAN-SPAM Act will be dealt with seriously.
Hate and Offensive Content: No incitement of hatred, racial discrimination, violent threats, or illegal political sensitive information.
Resource Abuse: No uploading of mining scripts or excessive use of CPU, memory, bandwidth, affecting server stability.
Disk Abuse: No using hosting as cloud storage, online backup, or storing large amounts of data unrelated to website operation.
Vulnerable Websites: No hosting of websites that are easily targeted by attacks to maintain server stability.
Other Violations: Any content that harms server security, affects platform normal operation, or damages user rights is prohibited.

2. Violation Handling
Minor Violations: Service suspension and notification for rectification, service can be restored after completion within the specified period.
Serious Violations: For hosting illegal content, malicious programs, spam, or serious resource abuse, the platform has the right to directly close the account, delete data, and no refunds will be given.
Repeat Violations: If violations occur again after rectification, the service will be permanently terminated, no refunds will be given, and legal action may be taken.

We support Bitcoin, USDT, Alipay, PayPal, Stripe, credit cards, Google Pay, and Cash App Pay.
For trial products, please do not choose Bitcoin or USDT for payment, as refunds will incur a total fee of 4%.
