Hong Kong Servers

Our free technical support covers basic server maintenance, including but not limited to the following services:
Server Reboot: Assist in performing remote reboot to ensure server operation.
System Reinstallation: Provide standard OS reinstallation, supporting common Linux and Windows versions.
One-time Security Setup: Initial security configuration, such as port optimization, firewall rule adjustment, default account security enhancement, etc.
Server Environment Initialization: Basic environment deployment according to user needs, such as installing web servers (Nginx/Apache), databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), etc.
Network Fault Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing server connection issues, including local network testing, route tracing analysis, basic TCP/IP configuration checks, etc.
Faulty IP Replacement within 24 Hours of Delivery: If the delivered IP is inaccessible due to non-customer reasons, provide free replacement service.

⚠ Note Specific code debugging, software installation, and operation need to be handled by the customer and are not part of free after-sales service. The standard for paid technical support is 30 CNY/half hour. Please submit a ticket and specify "Paid Technical Support" for details.

By default, trials are not provided unless explicitly marked as Trial on the product page. Trial products require a fee to activate. Please use Stripe or Alipay for payment and avoid using virtual currencies (buyers need to bear a total of 4% transaction fees for both directions).

In principle, no refunds are provided after server delivery unless the server cannot be used normally due to our reasons. The international network environment is complex and changeable, and we only guarantee the normal operation of the network in the server location and most countries. We strive to optimize the network for access from China but do not provide SLA guarantees.

Dedicated Server IP Replacement Policy:
Within 24 hours of delivery: If the IP is blocked due to non-customer reasons, it can be replaced for free once.
After 24 hours: It is considered that the IP was blocked due to customer use, and no replacement will be provided.
Please ensure reasonable and compliant use of server resources. If you need to purchase additional IPs, please contact customer support.

Non-defense products: If attacked, the server will be temporarily shut down until the attack stops. If attacks are frequent or periodic, the server may be deleted. It is recommended to choose servers with defense for high-risk businesses.
Defense products: Whether they can operate normally depends on the attack intensity and defense level. If you need higher-level protection, please contact customer service to upgrade the defense plan.
Attack Migration Service: We provide attack traffic migration services. If needed, please contact customer service for consultation.

Due to customers coming from all over the world, the laws and regulations of different regions vary. The compliant use of servers needs to be judged and responsible by the customer. We do not provide legal consulting services. Please ensure that your usage behavior complies with the relevant laws and regulations of your location and the server location.

⚠ Note Hong Kong servers are strictly prohibited from storing, publishing, or disseminating any information and content that violates the laws and regulations of China and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China. Due to the uncertainty of the legal environment, it is recommended to choose US servers for stronger privacy protection.
